• Transfer Surcharges in case of a public holiday.

• All rates are valid on departure dates mentioned. Travel N Tourist Vacations LLP (TNT) reserves the right to change departure dates given the airline seat availability changes. 
• The rates are valid for a minimum of 02 adults travelling together at all times.
• The rates are not valid on blackout dates Unless Clearly Mentioned / during Trade Fair periods.
• 3% charges will be extra if you are paying by credit card 
• Passport must be valid for the visa process, we are not responsible for visa refusal.
• Optional tours will charge extra 
• Surcharges could be over and above the total package price quoted to the passengers at the time of booking.  
• The rates are subject to availability of hotel accommodation and sightseeing tours at the time of booking. We reserve the right to use an alternate hotel accommodation of an equal or higher standard. If we source a more expensive alternative, we reserve the right to re-quote based on the higher rates.

• The Foreign Exchange rate is volatile/dynamic and the same may fluctuate at the time of final payment As per RBI guidelines, the Foreign exchange component of your tour towards your land portion can only be processed 120 days prior to your travel.  
• Rates are valid for Indian Passport holders only. 
• International Check-in time is 1400 hours / Check-out time is 1100 hours, early check-in and checkout is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. 
• Transfers, wherever included, are without night surcharges. 
• No refunds either in part or in full will be made for any unutilized service. 
• All the sightseeing tours and excursions are organized by local companies. The timings and days of operation are subject to alteration. Changes if any will be intimated at the time of booking. 
• Sightseeing tours are strictly based on weather conditions and also local service providers have rights to cancel the sightseeing tours without prior notice.  
• Offer if any can be withdrawn at any point without prior notice. 
• Bookings once confirmed are subject to cancellation charges which shall be advised at that time of Booking or refer our Booking and Cancellation Policy.
• In case of any unprecedented hike in airfare, hotel charges, transport rates, government taxes or entrance fees or other service charges, the same will be levied extra. 
• The hotel and services as mentioned in the itinerary are subject to confirmation.  
• Honeymoon package is applicable until six months after the Marriage. 
• Room type Twin or Double is at the sole discretion of Hotels. Hotels allocate the rooms on Run of The House basis 
• By giving an advance deposit or by signing the Terms & Conditions or even by accepting the itinerary a contract is formulated between the Client and the Company, authorizing Company to hold space for you in groups which are scheduled to travel on a specific date and space is also reserved for you in Airlines, Hotels, and Coaches. If there is any change in your plan and your request for cancellation, shall be subject to our cancellation policy 
• As a practice, all international hotels charge a security deposit via credit card or cash, at the time of check-in for each room. The amount will vary according to the hotel and is refunded back to the clients upon check-out. Debit cards should not be offered as it will be charged immediately and refunded only after 2-3 weeks. If any additional services or minibar or any other service is utilized at the hotel, the hotel reserves the right to charge the same on this security deposit provided by the client. would not be responsible for these transactions and these are solely between the hotels and the clients. 

Booking Policy - Payment to be collected - Balance Payment Timeframe - Cancellation Policy for FIT

• On bookings made 21 days or more before Departure - 25% of Package Cost As Booking Fee - 50% of package Cost will be payable 21 days before departure
• On bookings made 10 to 20 days or more before Departure - 50% of package Cost As Booking Fee - 50% of package Cost will be payable 10 days before departure
• On bookings made within 10 days before Departure - 75% of package Cost As Booking Fee - 25% of package Cost will be payable 3 days before departure
• On bookings made within 6 days of Departure - 100% of package Cost As Booking Fee

Time of Cancellation - Cancellation Fee 

• Cancellations made 21 days or more before departure - 25% of Package Cost
• Cancellations made 11 to 20 days before departure - 50% of Package Cost
• Cancellations made within 10 days of departure - 100% of Package Cost

Flights Cancellation Policy: 

• Depends upon Airlines Cancellation Policy. 

Land Part Cancellation Policy: 

• Clear 35 working days or more preceding the date of flight of the Tour - No Cancellation at the Tour Cost until or except if indicated Non-Refundable
• Clear 35 to 31 working days before the date of the takeoff of the Tour -  25% Of The Tour Cost 
• Clear 30 to 16 working days before the date of the takeoff of the Tour - 50% Of The Tour Cost 
• Clear 15 to 08 working days before the date of the takeoff of the Tour -  75% Of The Tour Cost 
• Less than 07 clear working days before the date of the takeoff of the Tour - 100% of Tour Cost
